Rob has lived in Lexington his entire life. He has been involved in new home construction and remodeling for over 32 years, 26 years of which have been spent with Mike.

Benjamin Graham

Benjamin came to work for Mike in May of 2003 after graduating from John Brown University. He has a Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management and is a current member of the American Institute of Constructors. Ben has built over 16 custom homes, 10 rental units, and assisted with the completion of a 36 unit condominium while working with Mike. He has been married for eight years and has three children.

Nicole has been employed with Mike Kerwin Homes for three years. She moved to Kentucky from Michigan due to a transfer in her husband’s employment. She recently obtained her Associates degree in Financial Planning and is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management. She has been in the accounting and construction industry for over twelve years. While working with Mike, she has participated in the accounting functions of over 14 custom homes and 12 remodels. Nicole has been married for five years and has five children.
