Mike Kerwin Custom Homes is dedicated to designing and building high quality homes at the best possible value. We strive to build homes that are uniquely customized to our homeowner's desires and needs. We achieve this by forming and maintaining relationships with our customers throughout the building process. History
Mike Kerwin started building in the Lexington Area over twenty-two years ago. He has helped in the creation and development of several communities, including Andover, East Cambridge, the Gardens of Hartland, and most recently Belle Mead.  Since Mike started building, he has had the opportunity to work for eighteen repeat customers.  “It's really very touching to have somebody come to you again and entrust you again with building their home, which is probably the most expensive thing they'll ever buy and probably the thing that has the most emotional attachments to it."  Let Mike Kerwin Custom Homes be a part of your history, as we help you build the home of your dreams.

Community
Building a house is just one element of Mike Kerwin Custom Homes. More importantly than building a house, it is how one builds and shapes a community that is key. He has been an active member in developing communities such as Andover, The Gardens of Heartland, and also Belle Meade.

Community Involvement
Mike has led a crew of carpenters in building a Habitat for Humanity home. He has been on a missions trip to Haiti where he volunteered his expertise in construction to projects there and worked hands-on in them as well. He sponsors impoverished children through World Vision and also donates time monthly to God's Pantry. In addition to this, he does volunteer work at church each month.
